This project for Radcliffe included the evaluation and stormwater modeling of the Bunting Quadrangle.  Under intense rainfall conditions, stormwater was overwhelming the on-site drainage system and causing localized flooding of the site. After a site survey and extensive hydrologic modeling, Bristol prepared a Stormwater Management Master Plan that detailed near-term solutions and long term approaches to dealing with the site’s stormwater issues.   Near-term solutions were subsequently constructed including regrading portions of the Quad, diverting stormwater to other areas of the site, and limiting the amount of off-site stormwater that flowed into the site.  As part of the project, a new curb-cut was constructed and ADA compliant sidewalks were installed.
