The new building located at 225 Binney Street is a 310,000 square foot, 6-level office building, with two levels of underground parking.   As part of the project, 500 linear feet of new waterline, 300 feet of new NStar electrical ductbanks and vaults, 700 feet of stormdrain pipe, catchbasins, and a large infiltration system were engineered and installed within private sections of Rogers and Fifth Streets and the public portion of Sixth Street.   Additionally, working with NStar, City Fire Alarm, Level3, Crown Castle, AT&T, Comcast and Verizon, the overhead lines that were present along Sixth Street and Rogers Street were removed and placed underground.  Bristol engineered and permitted the project through the Cambridge Pole and Conduit, Cambridge DPW, Cambridge Electrical, Cambridge Water Department and Traffic and Parking.
